General Legal Policy for Soirée by the Lake

Welcome to Soirée by the Lake. By renting the property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Full payment must be completed before the check-in date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A refundable security deposit may be required before check-in, subject to inspection upon check-out.

Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the start date of the stay will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the start date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and must report any damages immediately.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect the surrounding community.
Pets are allowed only with prior written approval and may require an additional fee.

Guests acknowledge that all activities undertaken on the property, including but not limited to swimming, fishing, boating, and use of the gym or recreational equipment, are done at their own risk.
The property owners and management shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the stay.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owners, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the property.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional charges.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay and will be charged for repair or replacement costs as necessary.
Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the property is not left in an acceptable condition.

Amenities such as boats, kayaks, paddleboards, gym equipment, and fishing gear are provided for guest use. Guests must follow safety guidelines and instructions for all equipment.
The use of amenities is subject to availability and may be restricted during certain conditions or for maintenance purposes.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [County, CA].

By booking the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
